Please read this document carefully before using the 1meter platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1meter platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 1meter.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The 1meter platform is open to users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1meter platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, a valid email address, and relevant identity verification details. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1meter will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules
All users of the 1meter platform are required to comply with the rules and guidelines set out herein. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Creating a fake account or using another person's identity during registration.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party.
- Taking any action that may compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means or in a manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
1meter reserves the right to take action against any account found in violation of the above rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure, as well as the withholding of funds linked to suspicious activity.
Payments, Transactions & Fund Management
All transactions on the 1meter platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity. Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods may vary depending on the options available at the time of the transaction.
Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Withdrawals may take longer, subject to the required verification procedures. 1meter is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This is a standard security procedure to safeguard your funds and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Failure to complete identity verification may delay or block the processing of your withdrawal.
Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, an attempt at money laundering, or a breach of these terms will be investigated. 1meter reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
1meter provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays at all times.
1meter is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or system errors. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they are solely responsible for any decisions made.
Account Suspension & Closure
1meter reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any terms in this document or related policies.
- Suspected suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of applicable laws has been detected.
- The user has provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our inactivity policy.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, funds in the account may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. If the violation is substantiated, 1meter reserves the right to confiscate the relevant funds in accordance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1meter platform — including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, software, and all visual elements — is the exclusive property of 1meter or its respective content providers and is protected by copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 1meter.
The 1meter platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content. Such links are provided solely for user convenience. 1meter has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or security of any third-party site or service accessed through the platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1meter reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
